"Friends and family, Four to five days a week, I work out at the Butler County Wellness Center in David City. It keeps me moving and prepares me for getting outdoors on the bike this spring. I've been riding the Expresso bikes for three years now, and they really are fun, and at times torturous. Here's another reason to ride, the ALS Ice Bike-it Challenge. Check it out, as well as Augie's Quest. Let's work on a cure for ALS. If you haven't tried Expresso at your fitness club, then here's a motivation to do so, today. Make a pledge, even a small one. Team Captains have access to a special set of tools to help inspire their Teams where they can can create their own challenges and collaborate directly with the Expresso Head Coach to help shape future of Expresso.
