Thanks for your support. Your pledge helps keep me motivated and it's for a great cause. I am riding because I love what the Y stands for, and I want to support my center's Fitness Director in this fashion. Stationary bikes are not my favorite way to get in cardio, so I am not setting a mileage goal. I have agreed to go down and work out on the Expresso bikes every time I get in to work a few minutes early. That should add up to something, but I don't know how much. Maybe it will also get me in the habit of exercising again!
